We make every effort to ensure all information displayed
on our site is accurate, and offering the lowest
available accommodation cost is our commitment to you.
However, as considerable information is accessed from
our accommodation partners, we are not unable to
guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we
able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or
faults. We reserve the right to change information
displayed on our site.
Guest Must be at least 18 Years of age
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your reservation
is honoured as booked , Stay In NZ Ltd does not
guarantee actual bedding configuration of the room. All
additional requests (smoking room, etc) are also subject
to availability and cannot be guaranteed by Stay In NZ
Ltd.
Payment for accommodation must be made at the time of
booking, and must be made with a credit card or approved
debit card.
By choosing the “Pay Now” option, you agree that the
payment has been made by the cardholder and/or with the
knowledge of the bill payer.
Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit
cards currency and the country in which your card was
issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign
exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance
with your arrangements with that credit card provider.
Stay In NZ Ltd does not accept any liability for lack of
availability directly resulting from an accommodation
provider overselling its own rooms.
Once your booking has been confirmed, a non refundable
9% amount will be charged to your credit card in order
to secure this booking. The amount charged at this time
is not the full amount owing. You will be charged the
balance of the amount owing at the accommodation
provider at the time of your stay. Once the credit card
is processed, your Confirmation/Accommodation voucher
will be e-mailed to you. The confirmation voucher must
be retained and presented upon check-in along with photo
ID. The registered guest of this booking must sign the
Confirmation/Accommodation Voucher and present it to
hotel check-in staff upon arrival. Stay In NZ Ltd takes
no responsibility for lost or misplaced vouchers.
Stay In NZ Ltd makes no warranty or representation about
the fitness or suitability of any product or service
advertised on its website. Stay In NZ Ltd will not be
liable for any losses, injuries, damages, claims or
expenses, irrespective of whether direct, indirect or
consequential, arising out of the use of this website or
connected with any of the products or services purchased
through our site. These terms do not affect any
consumers statutory rights that cannot be lawfully
excluded.
The accommodation provider reserves the right to refuse
service to any client who is found to have a criminal
record or has been charged and convicted of dishonesty
offences.
The accommodation provider will evaluate on a case by
case basis the suitability of bookings that may be made
by the Ministry of Justice/NZ Police Department for the
purpose of transporting criminals in police custody.
In the event that a double booking is made in error by
the accommodation provider, the aforementioned provider
will be liable to immediately rectify the situation as
outlined in the website placement agreement held between
the website owner and the accommodation provider.
Cancellations
1.Bookings at certain accommodation providers, or in
certain time periods, or for certain room types cannot
be cancelled or changed;
2.Some accommodation providers may permit cancellations
or changes but this may involve the accommodation
provider imposing a charge
3.Information will be displayed on the relevant property
details page and the booking page, which you access
prior to making a booking.
4.Failure to cancel a booking and /or not to check-in in
accordance with the booking made, will result in your
credit card being debited for up to the full amount of
the booking made .
5.If you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival or less
you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation
amount. This includes no shows and cancellation of
nights after arrival.
6.All cancellations and amendments must be received in
writing.
7.Refunds will only be made to the credit card debited
for the original transaction.
8. In the event of a no-show or cancellation inside the cancellation policy, Stay In New Zealand ltd will charge your card number provided in the booking for the amount due according to the cancellation policy agreed to in making the booking, and forward this to the accommodation provider.
PAYMENT TERMS
All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD$) and
on a per night basis and include GST. All accounts must
be settled directly with the accommodation provider in
New Zealand dollars.
The prices indicated are per room, for the number of
people and the date(s) selected previously, unless
otherwise specified (packages).
The price advertised might not be the same price charged
to the credit card account due to exchange rate
fluctuations. This means that because we are based in
New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New
Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is
processed.
